Fitness Equipment

Eating healthy and getting into the fitness doesn’t need to be costly and time consuming. I just eat healthy diet, get enough sleep and exercise. However, if I can’t spare a few hours a week for a gym, I can try to look for fitness equipment online. As I would love to have one in time when I have already a budget. Me and my mother don’t have time to exercise regularly. As of now I tried by going up and down the stairs and some stretching every morning. By doing this I feel more energized and less prone to fatigue. How about you guys? What exercise regimen have you tried this new year?
