A Sweet Gift
When I’m at work, time seems to go slow but today I was excited and surprised when Janet texted me that she’s coming to my office. We had a chat while I had a late lunch as I was at the SSS office to pay for our monthly contribution. She had a snack too. To my surprise she gave me two pieces of persimmon fruits that came from her friend Al who lives in California. I thanked her that she was willing to share with me the persimmon fruit. This is my first time I ever saw and tasted persimmon fruit. I brought home the fruits so my family could share and taste it too. The fruit was yummy and sweet. I love the taste so much.
