Last week, our accountant was texting me reminding about the payments for percentage tax and business registration for the year 2012. We paid percentage tax by computing our total income in a month. Our accountant kept on reminding me the payment because he wanted to collect it in our house. I told him that I still have to inform my boss regarding the payments instead I requested him to pay for it first until I would get payments from my boss. The following day, I informed my boss about it and he immediately came to office and gave me the payment. Right then, I texted our accountant of the payments and last night, he went to our house to collect the money. It was quite a relief that we are paid for our obligation to the bir (bureau of internal revenue) this month.

I always used to drink instant coffee until I met my current boyfriend. I thought that people who liked real coffee were over particular, but he changed my mind instantly. And I now really appreciate freshly ground coffee, particularly in the morning and after lunch. He recently purchased a keurig coffee maker for myself and it’s great fun watching the coffee brew and the taste is magic – far more convenient and cheaper than buying from an expensive high street coffee outlet.

Last weekend, I went to Gaisano mall to buy for my favorite imported popcorn. I bought soft drinks and had my lunch at shakey’s pizza. I just ordered two slices of hawaiian pizza, sweet corn in the other stall and raspberry juice drink that I bought. After my lunch I went upstairs at the department store to look around. They were not on sale even though it was chinese new year celebration. I have noticed that the mall was in a festive mode. I took a picture using my mobile a red dragon that was hanged in the air and at the ground floor there were lots of sales of chinese lucky charms such as bracelets, rings, earrings, necklaces, dragon t-shirts and a lot more. They were selling foods such as moon cake, and rice cakes. I wanted to buy tikoy food but it was not available. I wasn’t even tempted to buy any of their lucky charms as I am not fond of those things. I was tired of strolling around so I bought two scoops of ice cream before going home to refresh myself and quench my thirst. Kung Hei Fat Choy!

Ever since my sister was working abroad for five years, our way of communication was always over the internet. We both saved so much money on overseas call and every day we chat using video teleconferencing with the whole family at home using it. We are always updated with her itinerary from work and at home whether she’s happy or sad. We are happy seeing her through video chat and that we make sure that she is always safe from harm and good health always working abroad.

Every weekend, I’d like to buy microwavable popcorn at gaisano mall because this is my favorite snack during weekend. I bought more cheesy this time to taste a new flavor. I cook this through microwave for five minutes in popping popcorn. This is fluffy and crispy cheesy popcorn. I love munching it while tinkering my laptop matching it with cold ice tea. My family enjoyed munching while watching television. I would like to buy another flavor next time to taste the different kinds of flavor and brand.

Last weekend, my mother and my sister was at the mall to have some grocery in the house. I was surprised they rode a taxi cab when they got home. They bought dish cabinet for our utensils in the kitchen. Our dish organizer was already worn out so she thought of buying a better kind and a modern one. I was busy cleaning and drying up the cabinet first before arranging our kitchen utensils. This is better now as the design is quality, classy, stylish, durable with lock and keys on the two drawers. Our utensils are arrange according to its proper place and very spacious. It’s easy to clean and very convenient to every household use.

A few weeks from now valentine’s day is coming and I am excited to buy the things that I would give to my siblings, mom and friends at work so that they would be happier especially my friends that don’t have boyfriend this time. I want to surprise them with gifts that they want to receive even if it is just a token but I know they would appreciate it. I begin searching for valentines gifts for women so that my budget would be set aside to the person I would give this valentine’s day. I would also give my boss something nice gift because she is thoughtful with me when it comes to this special occasion so that we will both be happy celebrating valentine’s day with loving partners in life.

I bought recently a hand and body lotion from ever belina because my lotion was already consumed. This time I tried green tea extract for a change because I used to buy papaya extract. This lotion is for normal to dry skin although my skin is not dry but I wanted to try another scent. It has a moisturizer with green tea extract, a well known antioxidant that counters skin damage and premature aging caused by harmful environmental stress. My skin is softened, protected and restored to a natural healthy glow. I like buying this brand because the price is affordable and I enjoyed using it for 2 months.

I was surprised, my friend called up telling me that she was at the airport going to London. It was a sudden trip but she had no choice but to go for a business trip.  We were chatting over the internet this weekend after two days of her arrival, when she mentioned to me that she had bought hsn coupons as her birthday gift for me and her sister. I wonder what to buy on the coupons that she will gave me but I have already in mind what I need the most for my birthday. I want to buy a pair of white gold earrings because I lost one pair of it and I couldn’t find it anymore. I was crying about it but I have to accept it as it was gone already. I was happy as I can now buy a new replacement of earrings with the coupons that my friend gave me.

This new year, the food that my sister was cooking are pork humba, sauteed shrimps and spaghetti. We still have macaroni salad, chocolate cake and ham left this christmas so we served this food for the new year. I bought some fruits such as guava, tisa, apples, pears, grapes, kiwis, grapefruits, mandarin oranges, star apple, lanzones, rambutan, mangosteen. We grown red tambis in our backyard so this is part of our fruit preparations for new year believed to bring good luck and prosperity in our lives. As usual I bought soft drinks, white wine with luscious peach flavor, lemon, apple and light beers for our drinks.
